Special mention for Fern who takes the time to listen to customers and genuinely focuses on the retail experience and doesn't just shove a sale down your throat. Rob, who is the manager at the Market Mall location but helping out at the Sunridge store was super knowledgeable and was able to find a nice jacket, pair of pants, shirts and belt for our special day! Everyone we dealt with there was so lovely and able to take time to help even though the store was very busy with customers :)

The order never showed up even after a month of waiting. Went to the store to check why my order didn’t show up, the front person told me to come back next day for the Manager lady “Desirae” and she can help me. Went back the next day to check with the Manager Desirae and she was so rude and not helpful at all. Instead of finding a solution she said she can only offer me a refund. Because it was a online order she didn’t even try to find any solution for me. But what happens to my party which is ruined because of their mistake. I called her again to check with her, but she still won’t help and hang up on me. Why is she even the manager if she doesn’t want to help the customer. I won’t recommend this location to anyone because of her behaviour.

My husband LOVES his suit and we are very happy with the customer service. We are definitely going back to get more suits. A big thanks to Ms. Fern!
