★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ORDERED A CURBSIDE AND WAITED FOR 20 MINS. I TRIED CALLING TO FOLLOW UP MY ORDER BUT THEY NEVER ANSWERED THEY JUST LET IT RING. IT WAS NOT EVEN BUSY INSIDE. WHEN I CAME INSIDE AND ASKED FOR MY ORDER THEY SAID THEY COULD NOT FIND MY CAR…..HOW CAN THEY NOT FIND IT WHEN MY CAR MY IS LITERALLY INFRONT OF THE DOOR AND I INCLUDE MY WHOLE PLATE NUMBER TO MAKE IT EASIER FOR THEM TO FIND MY CAR….WHEN THEY GAVE ME THE ORDER IT WAS HELLA COLD. THIS STORE IS THE WORSE. IF I CAN I WOULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THERE CUSTOMERS…THIS IS DISAPPOINTING..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Employees are very low. They can’t make it fast it. Location wise is okay and well maintained, clean and neat. Interior is great looking, pleasant, calm. Outside country chairs looks great, best place to hangout. Customer service is great but again it’s low.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just moved to this area a week ago and have visited this location a few times for both breakfast and lunch, and was impressed each time. Food is made well and location is very clean. Never had to wait long even when it was busy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered from this location on skip the dishes. I wanted to call to specify something about my order and nobody would pick up the phone. I knew they were just letting it ring so I kept persisting because frankly I was very annoyed. Eventually someone picked up only to hang up a few seconds later. I called again and again someone picked up and I could hear the restaurant in the background before promptly hanging up again. I am honestly baffled at how terrible the customer service standards would have to be in order for this to be allowed. I have been able to successfully call other locations without any issue. I have found that a lot of Tim Hortons service falls below minimal decent standards. Very disappointed and annoyed at this experience in particular.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location is often busy. Last few times I was there I waited about 10 minutes to order. Drinks came quickly enough. Not sure about the food. I saw many people waiting for their food orders. If memory serves, they were out of my kids' favourite iced lemonade more often then not. The store is easy to get to and there is always parking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to this Tim Horton location for lunch last week. We had the chicken bacon ranch wraps and chilly soup. The place had a good seating area and parking. Since it was a snow day, it was not much crowded and service speed was reasonable.
