Standard offerings as per most dispensaries, but had some unique artwork on one of the walls, really like that. Cashier was attentive and knowledgeable, so that was appreciated as well. During the checkout process, I received a call from my co worker that he had arrived at the work site and informed him I would be there in 2 minutes after paying for the products. Cashier was called to the back by the person dispensing the products, and returned to tell me that everyone in my party with me had to come in the store and show ID. I lol'ed and explained the situation to the cashier - that I had come alone and was meeting a co-worker at a job site minutes away. Was told by the cashier that she was uncomfortable making the sale unless everyone in my party showed ID.... I lol'ed again and left the store. Im sure the above is not representative of this stores overall customer service but my visit was definitely not a pleasant one.

A couple of people walked up to the store at the same time as I did, but were loitering outside. The manager saw these people on the camera out front and grilled me about being friends with them. When I denied that I was with them, he told me to go ask them to come into the store so he could check their ID. When I refused (because I didn't know them?), the manager condescendingly proposed it was "just a coincidence that they happened to walk up at the same time?" I told him that if he wanted to check their ID he was within his right, but I was not associated with these people and it is his store so he calls the shots. I was then refused a sale. If the manager at La Canapa wanted to accost those people outside for their ID -- go ahead, man, I'm pretty sure the law enables you to do that anyways. I really didn't appreciate being questioned so aggressively and with such a rude attitude.
R	Ryan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! One of the best stores I've been to in Vancouver! Selection, price and fun atmosphere. Picked up the Houseplant Indica eighth, which is from Seth Rogan's company. It looks great! Smokes great! Will be back for more :)

They didn’t offer us any assistance, so we just decided to go somewhere else. This store is Ok if you already know what you want.

I was helped by Olivia and Daniel who made some great recommendations and came thru with some complimentary matches (which was perfect because I had forgot my lighter, how did they know?)

He could give genuine advice and let me decide what items are suitable. Many nice brands available and new products every Friday! Other staff looked baked and happy near closing time. LOL! Recommend coming in to get some goodies, flowers, pre-rolls and edibles.
