★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m not so well-versed in cannabis, but I have some clients who I want to impress... my usual go-to of fancy wine was out (client is a recovered alcoholic) so I thought I’d surprise them with something I know they like (they weren’t subtle in their hints).
Very knowledgeable staff helped me put together the perfect “gift basket” so to speak. Client was VERY happy. Thanks for everything! I’ll be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I honestly thought I would go my whole life without buying weed, but pain from a recent injury had become unmanageable so my friend suggested I give it a shot. I walked into Trinity Tree with only the vaguest sense of what I was after. I was immediately greeted from across the store by a bubbly young lady named Michelle, and I felt I made her day when I told her I was a virgin to this whole thing. I shared what my friend had told me to get and she graciously started showing me what that meant, how I would use it, and offered me a fantastic deal to get started. No fuss, no upsell, no grandiose promises; I never felt dumb or mislead. I left really confident that I had made a great decision for myself, and the product felt very high-end even though it cost far less than I had pictured. I am certain I will return to Trinity Tree for all my needs in this area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m really glad this wasn’t my first time here or it would have been my last. I’ve been to this store a handful of times and all but this one were positive experiences with friendly staff. So what happened; she (sold by Michel L on the receipt) was ringing me up and I went to insert my debit card but the machine said wrong pin so I tried it again and the same thing happened, so I asked her if she could retry the transaction so that I could tap it instead to which she replied in a nasty and demeaning tone: “You don’t know your pin?” I said that I did but that it wasn’t working. I realize that my pin repeatedly not working could cause some questions but there was absolutely no reason for her to use that tone. As well, she seemed irritated in general and wasn’t very friendly. At one point she even mouthed “oh my god” and rolled her eyes right in front of me in frustration. I hope my future visits will be more positive than this one.
