★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Updated review: their website, Google listing and sign on the door clearly state that they're open on Saturdays. Twice I've tried to come on Saturday and they've been closed. See photos. (Previous review: We've had two super helpful agents on two different occasions here with a quite complicated situation. They were quick, professional, friendly and accommodating. Great service for sure!)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not recommend this company. We used this company for 3 years until last year (2021), there was an accident that we need to claim the insurance. When we approached to the company, the agent only tried to find the gaps so that the company doesn’t have to cover the damage. We sent the information and details to explain and they said they need to check, but they disappeared. After we paid for all the damage by ourselves, they just reached out to re-contract. Just want to remind everyone, think about it before purchasing the insurance with this company. If you want someone to take care of, or to help when the there is an issues, this company is not an answer.
