He spent an hour+ with me in person to understand my situation and run multiple quotes. He continued to follow up and work with his colleagues over the next week to take care of my unique situation. Excellent customer service and I trust him in helping me find the best coverage for the best price for my insurance needs.

She made the process seamless and helped me get a fantastic insurance rate. She was excellent at explaining all the different aspects of the process, most of them that I was unfamiliar with (due to being new to BC and Canada in general)
I really appreciate the brilliant service I received from Cathie and the whole team here and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone in a similar position to myself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just dealt with Richard R who was unbelievably quick in responding to my request, really thorough in explaining all the details of my Policy, kindly enquired about an injury I had recently sustained and wished me well, and had my whole request wrapped up in about 10 minutes.
Genuinely couldn't have asked for a better experience! Top professional! Give him more money!! :)
