★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly amazing. Went here expecting covid policies to be less than average but they operate and serve out of windows on a sidewalk. Is very clear what they want you to do, felt very safe bc it really feels like they care about customers safety. The staff member I spoke to was very friendly as well. Even though I had to walk a while from my house to get here, it's definitely my new favourite dairy queen!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My favourite place to go for a treat. The owner Simon is amazing and treats everyone who walks through the door like a friend. He also happens to make the BEST and most beautiful ice cream cakes anywhere, hands down. On top of that, he's designed his own Blizzard - ask for the Dunbar, you won't be sorry - and it's the best Blizzard I've ever had. Simon is an ice cream artist and such a great part of the community!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ first time trying it here and i would come here again. the people who work here are very nice and they seem to be very familiar with some of the customers. prices are reasonable. i got a strawberry cheesecake blizzard medium size and it was pretty filling. only about $5. also very fast service !! <3

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love DQ but for some reason I’ve met the most unwelcoming staff/owner (lady) at Dunbar. I love a late night blizzard but I dread Dunbar location. She seems so irritable and always in a hurry.
Compared to other locations I have received the worse customer service, soft(almost runny) blizzard and lesser milkshake quantity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the best DQ in Vancouver, without a doubt. I wish I knew the woman's name who is usually there at night but she is amazing! Friendly and fast. Our blizzards are always LOADED with goodies. Consistent perfection every single time. My boyfriend and I started coming here when we lived by the King Edward station and would go here even though it's out of the way. Now we live a lot closer and can't wait to come even more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always do my best to leave good reviews, but I absolutely cannot leave a good review for this DQ location. I have visited this location many times and there has always been issues with my order. Myself and my boyfriend usually order blizzards, and we've always had issues with underfilling or it not being made correctly.
Today when we went there was a huge hole in the middle of my boyfriend's ice cream. The picture isn't clear because of the lighting but it went all the way down to the bottom of the cup - this wasn't a hole made by the spoon, as the spoon was too small to fit in this giant hole. We went back and asked if it could be refilled just a bit, we were given the response that 'that's just how the machine makes it'. All we would've liked was the ice cream that we paid for, rather than an underfilled cup. It seems like it was made in a complete hurry and without consideration.
I gave two stars because this location does seem to have great cleanliness which is a huge plus. I'll update my review in the future if the situation with underfilling ice cream improves / continues.
