β β β β β I happily went shopping for donuts. However, the staff there was so unfriendly and frowned at me for not understanding my orders. And the employee unkindly packed the donuts, the donuts in the box were broken and I felt dirty. I don't want to go again. I want to tell all my friends not to go.

β β β β β Good place to grab of some hot coffee. The food is pretty good and well made the lobby is quite huge and clean. The washroom could better as its limited when it cones to space. Pretty busy place so have that in mind.

β β β β β Welcome Tim Hortons in Port Alberni, where you will be created by helpful staff, who will grumble under their breath at your every request. Want to change something on the menu, no problem at all, just watch me stab the till and curse under my breath. Gluten free you say? Cue more silent swearing and cursing below the mask.... Call for another assistant and watch them cursing and swearing before retiring to preparation area.... Hot food?? Oh no, that's a luxury, have this Luke warm sandwich instead!! All in all, an adventure in customer service and satisfaction!! Well done staff!! You are ace!! And a merry Xmas to you too!!
A tip you say?? Don't eat yellow snow...

β β β β β In other cities, Tim Hortons serves nasty stale food and lukewarm coffee, but here in town it's fresh, and they even stirred my coffee so the sugar got mixed in, unlike some places when it just sits at the bottom, even when they "claimed" to have stirred it

β β β β β Nice little stop on the way to Tofino. Friendly service, clean washrooms, plenty of parking. Drive through was faster than lines inside.

β β β β β It's a Tim Hortons in a small town. when you get 3 or more cars in the drive thru expect a delay.. could be a short 5 could be 20 minutes for that double double. Plan your work commute accordingly. Food is standard Tim's stuff nothing fancy. I'll assume they lack workers. If not they need to get there stuff together.
