★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The saving factors are Alberni Health Market, Dievert's Jewellers, Jim's Clothes Closet, the Kid's store, the Attic thrift store, a travel agent. One or two available spaces. It would be nice to have a healthy minded restaurant where SW is.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very resilient shopping area. Reinventing itself a number of times over my lifetime. Very happy to see it's doing well with the grocery and autoparts stores. Lots of other businesses across the street... Tim Hortons, gas station and another plaza with many other small businesses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice jewelry store and the 2nd hand store The Attic is awesome. Health food store is nice for bulk items. Haven't gone into the travel agency or clothing stores. There is a Subway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I only go to Buy Low foods at this plaza. Got money Mart and a auto shop in same plaza but haven't utilized more than buy low. Is a good number of food and other shops located near plaza.
