Enjoyed this smaller mall. Has everything anyone could need.

A decent town mall, I liked how they just improved it due to covid and got sliding doors for the 2 main entrances. Not the largest mall in the world but it has the main things; Groceries, electronics and banks.

Clothes, clothes and more clothes... most of the stores are either clothes or out of business. The walmart and lcbo are the main reasons I see people going here -- it desperately needs something new, like a book store, an eb games/ebx, etc. So little selection, most people have to go to the city to actually have a good shopping experience. Lived here my whole life and the mall just continues to get worse.

I got a pair of Just Cozy for Xmas. I took for an exchange today at Tillsonburg to choose a different pattern. Tags still on and the note the salesperson gave my friend at Xmas for exchange (as it was a gift). The salesperson refused to exchange as I did not have the receipt. I definitely won't buy anything there in future.

I like Tillsonburg, went to Popeye's for chicken.

I think our locals have grown desensitized to how much our town center lacks, and unanimously neglect what could be improved. The building staff is okay and maintinence has been consistent for years which is always positive. The malls' cleanliness is best described as a non-issue, or as something that you don't really notice. I suppose that can be counted as a positive in lieu of notable negatives. The bathrooms could be far cleaner; however, I understand how heavily they are frequented, and how poorly some people in the community treat the ammentities. I'd like to see new bathrooms on a different side of the mall and improvements to the current facilities. As it stands, both bathroom options are at the same end of the mall, and that's likely inconvenient for senior citizens and people with physical limitations. New video servaillance or a single quality security guard is a must in my opinion. I think we would see far less disrespect to the facilities (the men's bathroom in particular has been vandalized beyond repair). I believe even the guise of quality surveillance would make a big difference. The town center is behind the times, and people feel like they can get away with behaving poorly due to there being zero visible surveillance or security assets. The store selection in the mall is something that has always been in a "needs improvement" state. There are plenty of stores that would fit the Town Center and improve it. Hopefully with the recent growth in our town we see some bigger companies like Michaels, Winners, or Bed Bath and Beyond pursue a location in the Town center.

My husband convinced me to go and get some shopping done... Great stores, great prices Great staff.... Santa ? ?‍? ? ?‍? was really nice.. We chatted ....
