★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I walked into this store today with a few questions for the clerk, polite as all can be. Maybe it was because I came in with my toddler (who was in a cart and being quiet)... I've never had someone be so rude to me without reason before.
What a sad experience as I prefer to shop local.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in yesterday with my son and was greeted by an employee who said "Just looking?", I said no, and that I was interested in knowing the price of a ring in the window. She got the ring, showed it to me and immediately showed me rings that had the same type of stone, but smaller.... I really got the vibe that she felt I was poor and was wasting her time. Very unpleasant experience. Will not return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not happy at all my husband got me a watch here for Christmas and unfortunately the battery died a week after, they where kind enough to replace it without charge but when I got it back the back lid has a deep scratch in it and when we mentioned it to the lady there she brushed it off saying that was going to happen it was a stubborn one! Very disappointed as this was a special piece of jewelry I got as a gift just 2 weeks ago!
