★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are very supportive and quick. scan is located at level 1, suite 206. Corner on the left hand side of the elevator. If you are using stairs then it will be easy to locate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I only come to this location for my ultrasounds for my pregnancies. They are #1. They are very accommodating when it comes to appointments and answering the phones. Each and every ultrasound tech is lovely, positive, pleasant and all their front staff are too! Every time I have an appointment I look forward to it! Thank you for being so awesome!! It is appreciated more than you know!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can’t even begin to tell you how wonderful my (first time) experience was here from beginning to end! I requested an appointment online and was promptly responded to by Maria Elena. She was sooo helpful and patient. When I arrived a lovely lady did the Covid screening and I’m pretty sure she was smiling under her mask! The receptionist (Danielle? Nicole?) was also super nice.. do they take friendly classes here? But they saved the best for last. Dr Hartman was phenomenal! Quick, professional, caring and funny!! His trusty side kick Carmine was a doll. If you have to have an ultrasound, this is the place to go. P.S. they did not pay me for this!?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super busy place!!! but very organized and efficient. You receive a call within a day of submitting an appointment request online. You're never waiting longer than 2 minutes for your ultrasound. All the technicians are friendly, make you feel very comfortable! My health practitioner receives my results quickly and never any issues. It's far from me, but worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to this clinic for many years. The staff are always very friendly and take me in right on time. They are very careful and take Covid screenings before you walk in. I felt very comfortable with the technician who was very professional and very kind during my most recent ultrasound. Thank you for the excellent service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The first appointment was a quick in and out. I didn’t wait too long even though it was mega busy at the time I went. The procedures I experienced were not painful and the technician was super kind. The only bummer was the changing room that’s used to change into a robe felt a bit too exposed but the concept of it is in a sense effective. Plus I had to walk in my socks from the change room to the procedure room so perhaps warning the patients to bring slippers would be a little nice.
The only flaw I experienced both times I was there were the really untidy washrooms. I’m not sure if all of them were dirty but the washroom I used had no paper towels plus the trash was filled to the brim.
Also on the second appointment I went to this location, there was one receptionist that kept negatively criticizing another receptionist by telling her to be faster, to stop back talking and it was super awkward. It wasn’t as busy so not many patients had to experience that random exchange. There’s a time and place for that kind of conversation or feedback. Besides the receptionist that was being negative to the other one was giving other patients a rude attitude too so she wasn’t in a position to be saying anything to any other employee when she was being rude herself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an ultrasound appointment. I arrived 10 minutes early and waited in a line to be screened for Covid and then went inside and handed my prescription. The process was super smooth and fast and I was visited with almost no delays from my scheduled time. Irina, the technician was a very lovely professional who examined me for almost a full hour. I enjoyed how clean and organized everything was at this location and would go here for my next exam for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited the office for ultrasound on Tuesday. The reception is very organized so it’s very easy to check in.
The ultrasound doctor is so professional that she checked me for quite a bit for details. Her room was lit up with an amber table lamp , playing soft opera music/ jazz so I felt very relaxed for the whole process. I appreciate her considerate details.
What I appreciated the most is I have some very personal request, and she was very kind to accommodate- it was such a pleasant surprise and she knows how much it meant for us.
This is the best ultrasound experience I’ve had in Canada so far.
