T	Teresa Figueroa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ She's always rushing, not really caring about her patients, seems like she wants to get the job done quickly. She seems flustered and always on her DAMN phone, so unprofessional, like she's not a 15 year old girl. Rather than telling me something I needed to do in private, she came out almost yelling in front of everyone what she had to say to me, as if she does not know that you cannot disclose by law any information about the patient to other people other than the patient itself. When I came to the hospital, as I was going to give birth, I wanted to ask her something, and she was too busy on her phone, texting, calling and laughing as she told my husband and me to wait. I can tell THIS WOMAN ONLY DOES HER JOB FOR MONEY AND DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE WELL BEING OF OTHERS. P.S. The front desk ladies are not the most welcoming either, as if they are doing you a favour, very careless.

Honestly cant imagine how she keeps her job, why she was even hired is beyond me. She has zero customer service/bedside manner and is enough to make me seek another specialist. I didnt wait months for my appointment and commute for 2 hours to be treated this way. I came to resolve my health issues and the receptionist acts like patients are annoying the hell out of her. Disgusted.

K	Kayla D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Benzaquen is an amazing doctor all around. I don't think she is acknowledged enough for all that she does. I would never trade her in for someone else. She knows what she is doing and I am thankful to have her as my doctor. Her office staff are also very competent, friendly and caring. Dealing with emotional, hormonal women isn't an easy task, but they are a very strong team.
P	Patricia Mclean on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The receptionist is very unprofessional and RUDE she told me I missed my appointment when I didn't even know I had one as this was my first visit with the doctor. She refused to reschedule me and told me that my family doctor should find me another Gynecologist. I did not get a chance to see this doctor who was highly recommended.

She followed through my high-risk pregnancy that had many complications, and I am grateful to her to have delivered a healthy baby ( against many odds). She is very busy, so the visits to her office are to the point, but she is very thorough and nice. I would highly recommend her, she was excellent with my case and I had a great experience with her.
L	Luise Lee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had multiple experiences with Dr. Susan Benzaquen. The first was from my tubal ligation and the second was recently when I had a second concern. Dr. Benzaquen's bedside manner is terrible. With my concerns raised most recently, she made me wait for 30 minutes in a cold room half-naked while she took another consultation while I was changing. During the exam and discussion she expressed no empathy at all with respect to the condition that I was dealing with, had no suggestions on how to help my situation and did not seem to care at all that I had a real concern that needed to be addressed. Not only that, but she did not even have the decency allow me the respect to put my clothes back on before we discussed my medical concerns. After my tubal ligation, my belly button and stomach has never looked the same and I have hated looking in a mirror ever since. The receptionists are rude and not willing to go above and beyond to help their clients, even to do a simple task such as email me my appointment time because I was driving the moment that the appointment was made. I will never visit her office again.
