β β β β β One of the worst place you can go for medical imaging. The nurse took a temperature check of my wife. The temperature was 37.2 and they refuse to let us do the ultrasound. We rushed to a hospital directly afterwards and retook the temperature there and it was 36.6. if you want bad attitude along with the poor equipment, please go here. otherwise, avoid it at all cost

β β β β β I just came back from my appointment and I loved my experience! I didn't have to wait. The secretary was so sweet. The woman who did my ultrasound was so friendly. I brought my son with me and she was so sweet to him while he was crying. I recommend this place! Just amazing staff?

β β β β β This place is very unprofessional and depressing for whoever want to go there. I had a doctors referral to do a mammogram and an ultrasound and I happened to book mammogram gram first and then ultrasound with all their awareness of my age (33) and that I have no symptoms-and I am just doing it for precautions since both my mom and aunt got it last year. When I arrived for my mammogram, the technician refused to do my mammogram without even giving me a choice and even though the doctor asked for both anyways. So I canceled both my appointments. Very rude even when welcoming patients and unprofessional when answering calls and booking appointments, they miss names and they miss putting you for example with male/female technicians. If there were a 0 stars options I would have given them. But from all my heart I ask you not to go there for your appointments.

β β β β β Contacted to cancel appointment, spoke with one of the staff called Diana/Dana(not sure), very rude attitude and asked "why is everyone so afraid to provide health card number", I explained need a minute look for it as I'm at work, after provide number she just hang up the call immediately! As patient I understand clinic could get really busy, I respect medical worker and thankful for their help especially during COVID, but as clinic your staff has no patience and rude and unprofessional and show NO RESPECT to clients at all!! Wish I could rate ZERO star if possible, worst experience ever.

β β β β β This review is for a past experience that I still recall. Encountered a rude and unprofessional receptionist who was blaming me (a child) for being late with my mother. I was helping translate only and was at the receiving end of her anger. Never have I been verbally abused by medical staff before. I am surprised to see recent reviews still speaking about the attitude of staff after some 10 years!

β β β β β I went to this location for a mammogram and left very upset. The person doing it caused me alot of pain and was very unfriendly. To top it all off ,she ripped my skin by doing it, and will probably leave a scar,never happened before to me. Will never return to this location for a mammogram ever again!!?

β β β β β You can definitely tell how efficient and hardworking these ladies are. Yes the place can be a bit sad it is cause of how the building is set up but it is how hardworking the staff goes up and beyond to make sure everyone gets checked in and gets waited.
At times like these, we need to appreciate how much work they do and their diligence to work as a team is amazing.
