I have always found ordering from Things Engraved to be very easy and quick. There is something for everyone on their website. The items have always been great quality. The items i have purchased in the past always arrive before, or right on time without delays. Usually within the same day I order I will recieve a package has been sent email. This last item was a gift, my niece was very happy to receive it.

If you want to give someone something that's thoughtful and well-made, TE is the place to choose. Very happy with the custom item I ordered. The quality of the product was excellent, and it came nicely packaged. The engraving was clean and crisp, and the style and wording I chose came out exactly as requested. Fast shipping and delivery meant my gift arrived right on time! Would definitely order a gift from here again.

I ordered some beautiful Christmas decorations about 2 weeks ago, they were a fantastic price. They came fairly fast during this pandemic, only took a week and it was delayed because of Canada Post. The items which were breakable were wrapped really well. Unfortunately 1 of the figurines arrived broken, I emailed the company and they were prompt with their response and are going to send me a new figurine. Fantastic service and customer care. Highly recommend!

A complete disaster! This company doesn't care about products or their customers. I ordered a wedding frame from them a month ago in July and was told it would be here 5-10 days. I've been following up with them for the past few weeks (and the last 2 weeks or so on almost a daily basis). First, they told me to wait 5-10 days. Then, they told me they will ship it on Purolator for me. I keep asking them for a tracking number, then they changed the story and said it was shipped on Canada Post (which, I received mail/packages from others, but no them) almost 2 weeks ago. I knew something was wrong so I kept on e-mailing and calling them about this. They then told me they would ship it that day, then told me they would expedite it for me. The next day when I followed up, I was told that information is false. I have told them for a whole month that I wanted this item for a wedding and time is of the essence. They didn't care and just made up stories when asked. They are a disappointment, a disaster!

I just called to inquire about an order I placed 8 days ago. Standard shipping is supposed to take 7-10 days. Warranted weekends don't count so I called to see if I could expedite the order because I need it here in the next 3 days max. The customer service agent who answered was being drowned out by 2 men talking very loudly next to her and she made no attempt to move or tell them to be quiet. I could not hear one thing she said the entire time. At the end she SCREAMED I talked to my supervisor and we cannot expedite this at any cost. So unprofessional, so annoying, so rude, I don't know when this order will arrive and with that level of unprofessionalism I wish I didn't even order it. Go somewhere else- no wonder this company is going bankrupt they have zero customer service skills and clearly have incompetent employees. There isn't even another number or option or call so you can imagine how little employees they must have right now.

It was a great place to get gifts once. I called the 'head office' to get advice on a purchase online and never got a call back. It is sad to see a good business crash.

I ordered a memorial name plate for a portrait being sold to a customer of mine. It took 6 business days to be shipped to me from Ottawa to Ottawa and they put the incorrect year on the plate. I phoned immediately to explain their mistake and that I needed the correct plate asap as I missed a deadline for my customer because of them. No apology and had to email a pic of the wrong plate. I asked to reply with acknowledgement and when the new plate would be on its way. Nothing. Next day phoned again to find out if they received my email. She had forgotten to reply. 5 business days and I still have no plate which was to be shipped from Ottawa to my Ottawa address. Obviously no priority put on something for being their mistake. I never had problems when they had a kiosk.

I recently order a customized flask and shot glass set to give as a gift. The website made it seem like it was a very simple process of customizing the items but when I received the items I was really disappointed with the work done on them. I had asked for the flask to be customized on the front and back only to see that the front was customized and the back was blank. The customization was also slanted on the flask and of course cannot be altered since it was engraved. I was also disappointed to see that the symbol I requested to be on the shot glasses was completely different than what was engraved. If there was an issue with the symbol I requested, I would have appreciated if someone from customer service reached out to me prior to see if I was okay with the symbol they recommended or simply ask if I could remove it from my request rather than assuming that I would like it. I also really dislike the way the font turned out on the shot glasses, it's very uneven and jagged and it's a completely different font color than the font on the flask! I asked for black font on the flask and shot glasses but the flask has silver font (which is partially slanted) and the shot glasses have black font with a symbol I didn't even request. To be honest, the flask and shot glasses do not look cohesive and because of this I wish someone reached out to me first if there was an issue with my request. Overall, I am quite disappointed in this purchase and I have to resort to buying a blank flask and shot glasses to customize on my own with permanent vinyl. I did choose to give 1 star because I requested expedited delivery and it did arrive before 2 business days. However, the work done on the products was extremely poor and not what I requested.
