They had all the latest novels of the most popular fiction and they had some good sales as well. If you buy a fair amount of books from Chapters, then it is definitely worth it to become a Plum Preferred member. The savings definitely make it worth the initial fee to join.

Line up for cash wash annoying long 24/7 lol i thought about browsing but so packed no one checking in population could have been at max with covid distancing who knows. But my gift card cash out was fast but they should offer hand sanitizer at the cash if you need to use a pin
D	David Humber on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in for item pickup. The online order desk wasn't being attended to and even though there were a lot of employees around it took awhile for anyone to acknowledge my presentence. When someone new eventually did, he was very helpful.
C	Cassandra Martineau on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Chapters is slightly smaller than some other ones in Ottawa as it has only 1 floor. But it has all the usual book sections and a fairly big kids books section. There is also a Starbucks inside.

I did not know there was a rule that you cannot bring in bought goods from shops besides the store. I had bought goods from homesense prior to walking in to the store and I was also carrying my baby. Instead of dropping my bags again in the car, I though I would quickly have a look in chapters. Then a sales advisor told me not to put anything in my shopping bag. Well obviously, I am not going to do that.
S	Sebastian Kluth on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even though this Chapters store at South Keys is much smaller than the one that can be found downtown right across Rideau Centre, this store has a much better selection. You can find numerous wonderful magazines, a high number of interesting science-fiction novels and a very decent selection of manga as well. Staff is always helpful and polite. The nearby Starbucks is perfectly integrated and I'm looking forward to spending more time here once the pandemic will have come to an end.
