1. We like your web site; it's easy to use and there's lots of variety available. 2. During the past 5 years, the arrangements and plants we have received from Bloomex have all been top quality. 3. After trying several mail delivery florists with disappointing results, we have decided to use Bloomex as our only preferred "go to" florist because of their reliable service and quality products. It's worth paying just a little bit more to get what you want.

Very disappointed and will not be ordering again from Bloomex. I ordered the super-sized Splendid Spring bouquet. What was delivered was absolutely nothing like what I ordered. Not only were the flowers different, but it was not a nice full bouquet even though I paid extra the for the biggest upgrade. A full bouquet should be exactly that --full, with no room for them to flop over. There was more greenery than flowers in my opinion. The bouquet looked like it was from the local grocery store.... When I contacted customer service they told me they ran out of flowers. (ok fine, maybe that was the case because of the time of year, understandable) BUT to make a bouquet completely different and not even contact me to make sure this was ok, not even giving me the option to choose a different bouquet that I felt was worth the money I paid, is where I got frustrated. The customer service was not helpful, and just continued to tell me what they sent was acceptable. A paying customer should ALWAYS be contacted before assumptions are made. Thumbs down to your customer service. Very disappointed.

Absolutely perfect. Always order flowers from Bloomex as they have the best flower selection that last absolutely ages! Sometimes you even get free chocolates added on which is an extra bonus. The site is so easy to use and they always deliver on time and keep you updated

BIG SCAM! I ordered 36 long-stemmed yellow roses, chocolates, and a teddy bear on Friday, February 4, for next-day delivery; my total came to $119.00. To my surprise and total disappointment, this is what happened. The order was fulfilled on Monday, February 7, after 3 pm, not on February 5 as stated on my original invoice. The delivery included - one box of chocolates and12 cream-colored roses, which had browning around some of their edges. I was not impressed, and I do not like cream-colored roses. I reached out to Bloomex Canada twice; I called them on Saturday, February 5 at 4 pm to see where my order was; I was told that the order was fulfilled and would be delivered shortly, it did not arrive. I received an email later from Bloomex; I have included their reply. The Status of your Order No. 3548108 has been changed. New Status is: Confirmed Dear Brenda, thank you for your business with us. We regret to inform you that we tried to deliver your order on the requested day, but unfortunately, it failed due to the driver's issue. Your our order will be delivered on Monday as soon as possible. We are very sorry to notify you later than you expected. Kind regards, Bloomex. Why did Bloomex not advise me of the other order changes at that time? When I called Bloomex the second time (Monday, February 7) to complain, I received this response - "as stated on their website," they have to substitute sometimes, and "the substitution met with their guidelines." Yes, their guidelines but not MINE, the paying customer! I find their business practice disgraceful and very misleading. I will never order from their website again, and I will tell as many people as possible about my terrible experience. After talking to Justin, the manager at Bloomex, he did offer me a 60 dollar credit; however, I will NOT accept it. Bloomex Canada misleads their customers. Sadly disappointed, Brenda

The process was fairly easy to walk through, and gave very clear instructions for shipping and ordering. I was excited to see how it would turn out. It was amazing! It was more perfect than the picture advertised. I loved it, and even more important, the girl loved it. The flowers were beautiful selections by the florist, and amazingly presented. I am beyond pleased with how it turned out. My sincerest thanks too the florists at Bloomex. They really knocked it out of the park.

I received Bloomex flowers for my birthday and they were absolutely stunning! So I decided to order some for my Mom for her birthday too. I highly recommend Bloomex!

My son in BC ordered flowers for me here in Ottawa. He received email on Friday saying that they were out for delivery; I received them 5:45 pm SATURDAY half dead. I haven't been able to get through to company despite several attempts and two callbacks left. Order 03675969. He deserves a refund! UPDATE I received a beautiful replacement bouquet today. I have never ordered flowers online before so I was really unsure as to what to expect. My experience with Bloomex.ca was seamless. The flowers were beautiful and fresh and brightened my loved ones day! I will definitely use Bloomex again.
