Le service pour l'installation de système de climatisation était bien dans l'ensemble (4/5), mais le service après les travaux est décevant (1/5). Malgré de nombreux appels téléphoniques et courriels au responsable un an plus tard, nous n'avons pas eu suite à aucune de nos tentatives. C'est difficile et impossible de contacter l'équipe après que l'installation du système de climatisation avait été terminée, et c'est une raison importante pourquoi je ne recommanderai pas cet équipe.
 We took on the services of Thermo-Teck in 2014 following the recommendation of one of our neighbors. The service for the installation of the air conditioning system was generally good (4/5), but the service after the work was disappointing (1/5). Despite numerous phone calls and emails to the manager a year later, we have not followed through on any of our attempts. It is difficult and impossible to contact the team after the installation of the air conditioning system has been completed, and this is a big reason why I will not recommend this team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After a professional installation in 2018, I required service as the heat pump was not functioning. Within four days of contacting Thermo-Tek (and that includes the weekend), I am one again bathing in the comfort of an air-conditioned home!
