Les directions sont biens indiquées sur place et le personnel est efficace et courtois I went there to file warranty claims. The directions are well indicated on the spot and the staff is efficient and courteous

La deuxième fois, après avoir réorganiser mon horaire à nouveau et m'être présenté à 10:30 un beau mercredi, ça indique FERMÉ sur la porte! Je décide d'appeler mais il n'y a pas de réponse et il faut laisser un message. TRÈS GRANDE déception par rapport à la notoriété que The North Face a connu à l'époque. Si vous lisez ceci, n'oubliez pas que votre raison d'être passe par des clients comme nous!! It is far and only open from 9:00 to 12:00 so I introduced myself for nothing the first time. The second time, after reorganizing my schedule again and showing up at 10:30 on a nice Wednesday, it says CLOSED on the door! I decide to call but there is no answer and you have to leave a message. VERY GREAT disappointment compared to the notoriety that The North Face knew at the time. If you are reading this, remember that your reason for being goes through customers like us !!
F	Francis Boisvert on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pire service à la clientèle que j'ai jamais vu. Ma copine s'est acheté un manteau en pensant que la qualité irait avec le prix. ERREUR! North Face on une garantie donc on est aller le porter chez North Face... Après plusieurs semaines sans nouvelle ma copine a essayé d'appeler mais sans succès les lignes sont pleines. Heureusement, ils offrent de laisser un message...! Jamais été rappelé sauf 3 semaines plus tard pour se faire dire que le manteau de ma copine ne se fait plus, ils vont nous donner un crédit et il faut faire un choix dans les parcs prochaine seconde pour qu'ils nous l'envoient chez nous... La dame du service à la clientèle était vraiment bête. Elle a affirmé nous avoir contacté... pourtant nous avons un afficheur et une boîte vocale... mais nous avons tort elle nous a appelé. En continuant dans son élan de méchanceté, la dame ne voulait pas laisser 2 minutes à ma blonde qu'elle aille voir sur le site pour voir quel manteau elle aimerait et nous ne pouvons pas avoir un crédit dans le magasin North Face de Montréal. Bref la dame nous a dit qu'elle nous rappèlerai dans 15 minutes... ça fait 2 semaines de ça et toujours rien?! On a même réessayé d'appeler mais toujours pas de réponse. Vraiment déçu du service après vente et de la qualité des vêtements. Je ne comprend même pas pourquoi ça fonctionne encore cette compagnie là... Worst customer service I have ever seen. My girlfriend bought herself a coat thinking that quality would go with the price. FAULT! North Face has a guarantee so we are going to wear it at North Face ... After several weeks without news my girlfriend tried to call but without success the lines are full. Fortunately, they offer to leave a message ...! Never been reminded except 3 weeks later to be told that my girlfriend's coat is no longer done, they will give us a credit and we have to make a choice in the parks next second so they send it to us ... The lady of customer service was really silly. She claimed to have contacted us ... yet we have a caller and voice mail ... but we are wrong she called us. Continuing in its surge of nastiness, the lady did not want to leave 2 minutes to my girlfriend that she went to see on the site to see what coat she would like and we can not have a credit in the North Face store of Montreal. In short, the lady told us she will call us back in 15 minutes ... it's been 2 weeks and still nothing ?! We even tried to call but still no answer. Really disappointed with the after sales service and the quality of the clothes. I do not even understand why it's still working this company ...

O	Oleksandr Gaivoronskyi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well...to be honest you guys do not deserve even a star. After the button on my 3 weeks old (!) parka broke I can't get a hold of anyone from TNF. I phoned few times and waited on the line for 30+ minutes - never made it! Left 2 messages with my phone number - got 0 phone calls back!!! Never ever expected such a poor job from "lifetime warranty" TNF. Never ever expected extraordinary negligence to the customers.
