H	Horst Daniels on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is just a dream. Beautiful location, clean rooms, the greatest view, friendly staff, good food. Every problem you have with your room is solved within minutes. Prices are (as everywhere in Vancouver) quite high. Only thing that could be better is the functioning of the mobile key (with a phone). Doesn’t work always.
A	Alyona Dov on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed at the hotel for a few days and really enjoyed the location and the view. The rooms were comfortable, though not large. Major drawbacks were that there was no cupboard in the room, instead a few hangers were places in the bath, the shower didn't have fully closing glass, so it was always half open and the water stream wasn't strong. Except this we would request the towels to be replaced after a few days, while I would expect a full service to be done daily. With that being said the hotel had a good vibe, clean, calm and quiet. Very beautiful bay shore and the marine. Thank you for the accommodations.
A	Amin Zarandi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best hotels in Vancouver. Clean rooms, great restaurant, big lobby and kind staff. Indoor and outdoor pools. But, It does not have a club lounge. The only concern that I have is that you have to ask for housekeeping on the first day of your stay and one day I noticed that our sheets weren’t changed with clean sheets

They made it exceptionally clear that getting me to my room asap was top priority. I greatly appreciated their efforts to prioritize my comfort and needs. Thank you very much for the help.

Really enjoyed the outdoor pool with heated towels as well as the indoor pool with hot tub. Indoor pool area has windows out to the garden so the space looks nice as well as they regularly came to tidy up. We didnt have enough time to enjoy all the hotel offered, there is also an outdoor firepit area. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. We especially appreciated the 12pm check out, allowed us to have a final hot tub dip before we checked out. The final touch was the birthday cake they sent for my mom and son. Oh and don't forget to get a room facing the ocean ?

You can borrow a bike from the hotel and take a spin around the glorious park. It’s easy to forget there is a large vibrant city to explore in the other direction. The hotel is large and spacious. The beds are super comfortable. The outdoor pool is a fun place to hang out in the summer. The staff are always helpful, professional and kind. You can even bring your dog here!! I never want to stay anywhere else
N	N S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently, I had stayed at the hotel. I arrived at the last minute and received wonderful service at the Guest Check-in, who even upgraded me. A great way to begin my sojourn. The spa staff and treatment were just golden. However, what negated the experience was the very poor service at the H2 Rotisserie & Bar. From waiting to be seated where there was never an attendant until one could be flagged down. I hope it had nothing to do with being a diverse person, but both times I dined at that establishment, the waitresses took their leisurely time coming over to me. I hope the Westin will invest in training that restaurant's staff.

We stayed here for a month during the peak of Covid 2020 for our honeymoon and recently booked a room. I also had my graduation here in 2018. Rebekah was amazing and went above and beyond their service! The management seems so much better and they are a lot more accommodating! The hot tub is great after you go to the outdoor beautiful pool (heated) which is amazing! First night the hot tub was clean but in the morning it wasn’t as clean and I started to itch but it’s not as bad as other hotel hot tubs. The bike rental just tops it! Also we loved their eggs Benedict’s! Their bistro seems to have better food than their H restaurant bar (although it’s very aesthetic there!) Favorite hotel!
