Also the quality of our drinking water has made a huge difference and even in our cooking. Great team, prompt, professional, as quoted and on time installation. I recommend a soft water system with reverse osmosis installed by the Collingwood Water Store to anyone giving a new system some thought. Great investment!!!

We started with reverse osmosis for drinking water and ultimately ending up with an iron treatment system plus softener plus filter. I was never pushed into it and as the journey progressed they were there for me - excellent service. I would highly recommend The Water Store.

She quickly answered my questions and provided a quote for the options discussed and set up an installation appointment. Mike arrived on time and quickly began work, the installation was done neatly and he took away all the old equipment. I will highly recommend them to others. Thanks Water Store team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I supervised the installation for a water softener for my family's new home and the folks at the water store were incredible. They came in a cancellation time to service our home ASAP and were friendly and efficient. Employee Tyler was kind and courteous. He practically tiptoed around, noticing I was engrossed in my novel and did not want to disturb me! Owner Mike went out of his way to ensure the system was set up correctly, even going to the hardware store on his own time. I also loved that they brought their own crocs so that no dirt/snow was tracked though the house which I really appreciated! Thank you Tyler, Mike, and the Water Store!
