★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I previously sent a picture and review of the new thinner plastic cooler jugs for my cooler on my recent experience (along with the bottle info #' as requested). The bottle almost totally collapsed when placed on the dispenser and I was scared that it would burst over my dining room. I was sent a $10 Walmart card to replace my cost, but that was not what I wanted. I really believed that you were working on the problem to correct it as we cannot always rely on our lake water feed. I do rely on my cooler dispenser for many reasons - cooking/feeding pets/etc as we are permanent residents on our lake property. Since my initial complaint, I assumed you recalled the defective ones) so we again tried a new Ice River jug for our cooler at our available location, but again (although not as drastic as the previous jug collapse)... it was still a problem and still collapsed drastically. You cannot ignore this problem with the collapsing cooler jugs and obviously the continuing imploding of your jugs. Your reduced plastic is obviously not adequate. I do understand we need to reduce the plastic....but please make it safe for the household coolers jugs as some of us rely on them. There also can be a legal issue if you do not address this issue and potential liability of damage to owners affected. This would be a good issue to resolve?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well to make it simple.. covid19 made a hard hit on my pocket book.. I had heard nothing but great things about this place.. So I applied for shipping/Receiving.. Had a reply right away.. Went in for interview and to my surprise I was asked to apply for production forklift.. Gotta say.. so glad I did.. learning so much on state of the art technology..along with driving forklift.. Everyone needs good clean water.. its spring water everyone.. ive been there 2 weeks now and the kindness and fellowship in this place go hand and hand with there awesome water..
