We spent the weekend here for a mini weekend getaway. It was expensive. The room was beautiful and we had a balcony that faced the road. The balcony was a good size. The beds were comfy and the room was clean and spacious. The pool was great and the hot tub is large and comfortable temperature. The staff were friendly and helpful. You have to make a reservation to use the pool and you are limited to one per day depending on how busy they are. If you ask nicely they let you go more than once if there is no one using it. The restaurant at the hotel was not open while we were here. The grounds were nice too. Lots of tv channels and nice waking path. This hotel is located close to many restaurants and things to do.

If you know the history of this place, you need to know a rebranding to Living Stone hasn't changed the Cranberry scent. We were unfortunately placed in the Cranberry Club section that should really be torn down or deeply discounted. We had other family members located in the newer half of this "resort" and they paid the same price we did, but their room was no comparison to ours. The only redeeming qualities were a clean, albeit small bathroom, and a functioning kitchenette. The fridge below the stove had a sticker on it that said, "out of order." We opened the door and were overwhelmed by the smell and sight of mould. Fortunately, there was a small alternate bar fridge in the room. Looking out the sliding door is a view of the back of the restaurant. At night there is a flood light that shines into the room; we had blackout blinds but they curled on the edges leaving two-inch gaps for light to shine through (useless). The smell in the room was similar to a room that used to be a smoking room and they were masking it with deodorizers. The room reminded us of a run-down motel in northern Ontario, not a "resort.". This place is not even close to being worth the room rate. Don't stay here!

Clean and spacious rooms. Helpful staff. Parking at place. Everything was great here. It could be a bit cheaper or you may book it if you plan to use all their facilities. The have a great pool as well. Few concerns: - housekeeping in the morning was a bit noisy. - Good to have a couple of water bottles in the refrigerator.

We planned to stay here for two nights on the long weekend for our first wedding anniversary. After checking in and heading to our room, we immediately decided to leave the hotel. All of the furniture was in disrepair, there were stains all over the carpet and the ceiling, the room was dark, the windows were dirty, etc. We were very disappointed as this was listed as a resort hotel, with more than four stars and great reviews. We were also feeling misled as whenever you would bring up at the hotel website, it would actually bring up their sister hotel living Waters across the road, and Livingstone definitely does not have the same amount of amenities. We were also disappointed because I was arriving in a wheelchair, and had called ahead to confirm that everything was accessible, and found the room and bathroom tight and not easy to navigate.

We have enjoyed our stay. Rooms are spacious, bed was very comfortable. Luck of storage in the kitchen for dishes. Front desk attendees are not very informed about activities. On our check in and out the lady was very pleasant. Our biggest disappointment was with the requirements for booking appointments for the swimming pool.

Double queen, coffee maker, mini fridge, no microwave. Perhaps in the days of COVID, housekeeping doesn't make up the rooms on multi-night stays? Staff was lovely. Bar menu was limited and unappetizing. Told the bar was going to stop serving food after our weekend. Had to book time for the pool, which was fine, but the website given us to do that sent us to a site asking for credit card info. Putting the name 'resort' on a hotel doesn't make it a resort. Even Red roof Inn gives their customers a microwave in the room. Deceptive marketing. Didn't see a golf course. Didn't see a pro shop or references to golfing. Instead, pictures in the rooms had bible references. 2-1/2 to 3 star max. Won't be back.

I have a hard time believing that their better rooms would be consistently good considering their base rooms are not good. The mattress was surprisingly comfy, but that's really the only good thing. Plus there are weird limitations on restaurant hours and services. Will not return. At best it's a 3 star, which is sad considering they try and sell their timeshares as high quality and luxury.

I have had generally OK stays here the few times I have came. It’s a 2-3 star hotel. I would only go when the price isn’t higher than usual (110-120$ a night). The customer service is not ideal, they DO NOT answer the phone. I called a few times through the week and day of, wanting to ask questions about amenities and the room, no answer and no call back. When I walked in around 11 asking for an early check in if possible, I was told they will text me when the room is ready. That was fine for me. I ended up coming back around 4 and it was ready but they never even sent a text! I mentioned it to the front desk who shared they are busy with customers and that’s why they can’t answer the phone. I feel like that means they should have more than one person working. Otherwise, I found the caretakers and other folks walking around friendly. The rooms are average, sometimes they have nice furniture/ are clean with a nice view, and then other rooms have really damaged furniture/ lamp shades/ dirty tubs/shower heads. It’s not consistent. Pool towels smelled moldy.
