Their slogan "We are committed to serving you" should read "We are committed to serving ourselves" ... I was very displeased with the service my mom received at The Table and Chair Co. My mom ordered a queen sized mattress, box spring, bed frame and 8 dining chairs. The queen size mattress, boxspring and bed frame was NOT queen sized - it was 3 inches less in width and resembled a double. Even more disappointing, despite having being told the chairs were of the highest quality and made in Canada, they arrived in boxes stamped with "Made In China" where she could only accept 6 out of the 8 as 2 arrived smashed. We did not accept the remaining owed chairs once it was explained to us that "Made in China" can be advertised as "Made in Canada" as long as they were partially assembled in Canada. The quality by no means reflected the price tag and they offered no further help with the undersized bed.

You are better off going to the brick, went 2 years ago to have a table and chairs custom made for our kitchen, was told it was the highest quality hand made hard wood table and chairs made in Canada. once we received the table and chairs the skirting was misaligned called up the store and was told to pack it up and send it back and they would fix it. hard to do when I don't have a truck to fit it into and had to hire someone to get it to my house and after a week of fighting with them they sent someone to the house to fix it who told us that at line (canadale) makes up half of his repairs. as for the chairs I have had each one to be fixed multiple times and they treat it as a joke with one salesmen making the joke "that this is how they make money when business is slow". not a great joke when I have had this chair in for the second time in a year to fix the low quality product that was sold to me. when I went in to pick it up was told it was fix it broke again 2 days later just before Christmas in the same spot I was told it was fixed. I do not recommend people dealing with them they are full of empty promises they truly are the definition of "over promise and under deliver" I don't really want to get into a pissing match with your company (although you seem to want to) yes my son did knock over a chair not playing under the table as you put it, but by push out from the table to get up but these "top heavy chairs" (your sales men's words not mine) tend to fall over, the same thing happened to 2 other chairs by other people pushing the chairs away from the table. If I would have known that the chairs your company makes would be so fragile and delicate I would have bought a different chair because to be honest of all the furniture form costco, the brick, wayfair, ect in my house over the years this is the only one that can't stand up to everyday life and for the price you charge you should be ashamed of yourself. As for not charging me the last time I was in there to fix the chair thank you for not charging me after I picked that chair up and after I was assured it was fixed. But just 36 hours later it had broke again in the same spot I was told was fixed. I made the mistake I wanted to help local business by buying local but as you have shown me it is not worth it and I should stick to lager stores that stand behind there product not try and make a buck off of you when there inferior product falls apart.

We purchased a nice patio set 2-3 years ago . It still looks just like the day we bought it. Great quality . I had a small problem ( 100% my fault) and they helped me out and exceeded my expectations . I will never hesitate to buy here .

DJ was a great help. I called from home in the morning and he answered all my questions before I drove from Sarnia to make my purchase. He went through every detail of the buying process and was very patient while my wife and I made our decision. Looking forward to getting our new bar stools soon..... Hi Can I order 4 more of these chairs from your company. I originally bought them at your store. If not can you repair them as they are wonky and move from side to side and need to be recovered. I love them. JMacDonald

We had been looking for a while for outdoor furniture, and found Table and Chair Co.! They sell CR Plastics furniture, which is made of recycled plastic and constructed in Stratford! Happy to support local businesses, and get some really fantastic and sturdy outdoor seating! Can't say enough about the helpful staff and our awesome experience!

We were looking for some counter height chairs and a dining set and this name across and decided to check them out. First their selections of chairs is unmatched to many stores that we have come across in London or even the GTA. Literally 100s of chairs on display - all shapes and sizes and budget. The dining tables not so many on the floor but they could get you many from their catalogues. Some good Canadian manufacturers that we were looking for, but not all. They also have living room and outdoor furniture on display. The service and explanations were top notch. It’s hard to get such amazing service elsewhere. They know their products. Highly recommend this store for your consideration.
