★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was my first trip to Cranbrook, an l really needed to find my Ole stand by " The source" l've acquired a few phones an home audio equiptment from that store and other amazing buys for a long as l can remember. I also needed help with a phone that belonged to a senior friend of mine. Friendly an very helpful staff whisked me over to the counter as l entered to give me the optinum help l needed in fixing my problem, and finding me the right phone an plan that fit my needs.. I even got an in store credit for my old phone!
l couldn't resist a few things in the store that day that caught my eye like A Raven on the go! I must say l was very impressed with the way Kathy helped me out an all the other associates! .. Yup Amanda, has an Aaaamazing team of women who are intertwined like a family there.. I was just so stoked with this Regional Managers ethics, grace, an first handed knowledge that not only what she told me, but her store staff were a just a sea of smiles an facts that helped make my day a Great one! You Ladies in Cranbrook Source.... Rock!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only 1 customer and myself. I was told NOT to touch anything in store. Only allowed to look. Was very ignorant about it. So I decided not to buy what I was going to. Seeing how I can't touch it to buy it. Young blonde gal
And 2 men were working. It was the young blonde ponytail gal. NEVER will i go back.
Got my stuff elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My two beautiful daughters just arrived from the Philippines and they were so excited to explore the beauty of Canada. I decided to buy them two (2) iphone 13 Pro Max at The Source Tamarack location in Cranbrook, BC. Unfortunately, during my first visit, they don't have available stock. They ordered my two iphones. Finally, I got my two iphone 13 pro max yesterday and my two beautiful daughters were so happy and excited. The salesperson who took care of my visit was totally very helpful and she was certain Kathy. I left the store happily with positive customer experience . The store looks so well manage with excellent customer service. I will surely spread the word to my business colleagues to shop at this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am totally satisfied with the Store Manager Albert Servando with his excellent customer service during my recent at Tamarack location. I ask him to help me with PUK code of my Lucky Mobile SIM Card. I am totally impressed as he was able to fix my issue. This store is amazing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrific customer service. I was in this store in Tamarack Center yesterday just to check iphone 13 case. And one gentleman approach me with beautiful smile on his face. He totally make me feel so welcomed. How I wish I was able to get his name. He looks like with Asian descent. The store look so clean and organized. I am glad the staff were observing COVID-19 protocols. I feel really safe.
