Excellent Service
Excellent service with the Drone car starter on my 2017 Tacoma. You guys were able to fit me in with very little notice on New Years Eve. The starter works fantastic! I appreciate the assistance with my lack of iPhone skill and the extra programming as well. Always awesome service from these guys - thanks again and Happy New Year!

The staff took my car details, confirmed compatibility of the part with my actual car model, went into the back, and came back with the EXACT parts. Next, they went out of their way to coach me on the actual install. And to round it off, they ran after me as I left my credit card on the counter. A solid five star service experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great store. Needs a bit more selection for DIY odds and ends and electrical peices. Cranbrook is lacking a good electronics hardware store, that would bring in alot of buissness. But, I'm reviewing today because I bough a set of speakers for my car; after looking them up I found the price to be 20 dollars less than Canadian tire, and even 10 dollars less then amazon. So I apreciate the fair prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The guy was knowledgable on what I was looking for I think? but he couldn't even bother getting off his chair from behind the desk to even show me the speakers I was inquiring about he just pointed n gestured which way to go.
Like come on bud get up off your chair and show some enthusiasm for your job and that decent customer service still exists.
Shop Local they keep saying! Why bother when employees don't even make an effort ?
