★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were caught in a snowstorm and hit by a couple of blizzards that forced us to hit me our road trip for a night. We stayed here because the Best Western brand is somewhat consistent. This hotel definitely met the standard of BW. We were road weary and this experience was the nice break we needed. Maurissa checked us in and was so kind and personable. While I was pulling my cart full of luggage in (my husband was parking the car) she came around to help me. She gave me a coupon to use for the restaurant that night and just made sure we had a pleasurable experience. The food was Jamaican and good. We felt more like we were on vacation than dodging a storm. As we were leaving I noticed Maurissa was behind the desk again and I have to admit I was glad to see her. She is a kind person who went out of her way to take the stress out of our trip. Thank you for a wonderful break, Maurissa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Didn't get the room we booked and once we were settled into our room, I could help but notice that the bathroom was quite filthy.. dust everywhere and dirt splashed in the shower, the kitchenette also appeared to not have been cleaned, not too mention when the duvet cover slightly came off the blanket and (what appeared to be) urine stains all over the thing.. I threw it in the corner?
I do not recommend staying here to anyone, especially if you want to sleep at night, as trains run all night and tons of light pollution everywhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent hotel. Only downside is the room doors are loud as hell which depending on the manners of your fellow guests can be a problem. The restaurant off the lobby is fantastic and well worth a visit.

The food is absolutely fantastic. Breakfast or dinner, you can’t be disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location and service! The rooms on the other hand were somewhat disappointing. Don't get me wrong, it was quite clean, but the pillows felt weird. Like, eerily weird, weird enough for me to talk about. It felt like someone filled a plastic bag with more plastic. Super uncomfortable to put your head on. Other than that, it was great. I don't hold a major prejudice against BW now for their pillows, lol.
