β β β β β Pretty setting, great old building (although the hotel is still closed for the season). We used the restaurant (prime rib was very good) and the casino was fun. Over an hour of gambling only cost me $9,60, so the odds were pretty fun. Downside? B.C. hasn't come to the party yet on relaxing maskx so mask-nazis still running around hounding you to keep the mask on between sips of your drink. Kinda ridiculous.

β β β β β Booked for one night for our road trip through the Rockies. Room was very clean and comfortable , had a very good sleep, worth a 4/5 rating. Couple of things letting this place down. 1) No information about the local area at reception. 2) Went to golf club restaurant, food and service ok but menu pretty limited and, not sure if food was cooked or merely warmed up, our food arrived very quickly. 3) Went to the Casino ( what a horrible soulless place- I dont like casinos!) for drinks and coffee. Terrible service on the casino bar, not blaming the two servers as they were doing their best, they were clearly understaffed, didnt get our coffee.
To sum up, decent hotel rooms but go to nearby Cranbrook to eat.

β β β β β Excellent facility, nice clean posh rooms. All other hotels in Cranbrook were 50-75 more per night. Located quietly out of town. Best bang for your buck. I would tell all my friends to stay here.

Tracey was amazing at check in & got our ebtire group checked in and into our rooms FAST!
Food was amazing, best pasta I have had in quite some time. Our room was clean and quite large we travel with 2 dogs and this resport is SO pet friendly. LOVED IT and will highly recommend.

β β β β β Beautiful resort. Exceptional staff and cleanliness. My only complaint was the spotlight off the wedding tent was pointed right at our windows and the curtains don't quite fit the entire space of the window to black it out so it was daylight until about 2am in our room.

β β β β β Lovely location. There were some great pictures and historical artifacts of the local Indigenous community. It's priced very well with very comfortable rooms and good service. The only thing I was disappointed with is the lack of an inclusive breakfast. The restaurant for breakfast was very good, but pretty pricey. So, with that caveat, we recommend this and would definitely return.
