Can't even have a good time playing on the machines without staff telling that your mask is 'too low' while I seen lots of others doing the same even staff. I don't feel welcome even before when I doing everything correct. I will not be returning which is good because I'll save a lot of money.

Always lost our money, never won here. But staff is pretty good and food was excellent.

Went to the casino for some dinner at Mum's and had a great time. The place is obviously full of people but all seem to know was beautiful dinner was coming to them. Our server Aleitha (sorry if spelled wrong) was lovely and made plenty of visiting recommendations. I recommend the calamari appetizer and the maple glazed chicken. Bon appétit!!! Came back the next day and the striploin and wings. I had a great meal again. Great place to indulge. Big shout-out to the chef Aaron Day

I read some of the other reviews and wanted to add my two cents. First off I want to say if you are looking for the MGM Grand or Caesars Palace you won't find it here. I suggest you recalibrate your GPS and turn around. On the other hand, if you are looking for a quaint little casino with a friendly professional staff, charm, and ambiance, then you are at the right place. I highly recommend this place to those who want a change of pace from the big business casinos. Try it,you won't be disappointed!

I went there for the first time, (it was my first time gambling) and they were so nice, they talked to me about the cell phone policies (no phones allowed) instead of kicking me out, haha. But the casino was nice! The slot machines were a terrible design though.

I went there for dinner, I figured I would have 1 drink. There's no server on the floor asking if you'd like a drink so unfortunately you have to go get it at the bar. The supervisor did not even acknowledge me for 7 minutes, and she took an order before me which wasnt a problem. She then went to get the man a beer somewhere out of the bar area... after a few minutes she returned and proceeded to put ALL the beer she brought back into the cooler instead of serving the customer his beer and possibly me and then putting them away afterwards. She had told me she would get to me and never did. I then had another pleasant server ask me if I had been taken care of, I think her name was Jasmine. This girl was running around everywhere trying to help a whole lot of customers. I don't know why but I heard the supervisor Linda (i asked her name) yelling at the server. How unprofessional! It made for a very uncomfortable experience. I think they should get a supervisor in there who knows what she's doing. It's obviously too much for Linda. I felt do bad for the young lady Jasmine.
