About Club Regent Casino
In 2014, The Club Regent Event Centre opened its doors to the public. The Club Regent Event Centre was designed to provide a unique experience unlike anything offered in Winnipeg, the province or western Canada. The venue’s construction, design, and features provide a sense of awe when you enter the room. Our flexible seating system allows for multi-function layouts; anything from theatre style to tradeshows. We can provide in-house audio, lighting, production stage management, ushers, box office & ticketing support, concessions/food & beverage service, security and any other staffing requirements you may have.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a horribly managed place! Your employees are beyond negligent, uninformed, and useless. Try opening your eyes and allowing more than 1 ten dollar table. I told this to the less than intelligent table manager and he basically told me to "mess off" (for lack of better words). Horrible place. Reflective of our incapable provincial government. Clean house and be better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The event center is great, but the casino itself is kind of sad. It's essentially a trap house with pretty lights, but instead of addicts strung out in every corner, it's a bunch of seniors chasing the dragon one quarter at a time. While most of the staff is friendly, some of the security can be downright rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered tickets online, went to the Club Regent to confirm my tickets then she told me that because I didn't buy directly from Ticketmaster at the club Regent that they couldn't help me !! Poor excuse for ordering tickets...too lazy for the lady to go out of her way to even help. Seriously needs customer relation training??? Don't ever order online for any tickets. I ordered from Club Regent and got Ticketmaster.ca. through a third party seller instead of paying $148.22 for the tickets , I was charged on my Credit card in US FUNDS and had to pay $194.54 .
NEVER again. Screw me once, enjoy it , but guaranteed , NEVER. A second time !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This casino is terrible. Restaurant food is not good - thank god they have McDonalds. They changed promotion for birthdays to scratch cards. I scratched a percentage off food. I told the clerk we don’t like the food and she didn’t do any thing. We also spend a lot of money and very little return. Save your money and take a short drive to South Beach. Food is good, staff are excellent, and machines pay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seen lots of great shows here. I love the variety of shows they have. I’ve seen thunder from down under, a drag show, and a reggae concert. The casino is also very clean and organized and have the perfect amount of staff/security located throughout the entire place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great atmosphere, Jets game playing on a great big screen above the beautiful, well positioned center bar with plenty of comfortable seating to be able to watch. Bonus while losing your money on slots. Bet hey! All in good fun... it was an awesome night.
