★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super uncomfortable beds, pillows like sleeping on a 4x6. Beds are stiff in the pillows are way too high for the bed.
Otherwise clean, wasn't thrilled with the booking experience though either.

Had to walk out after 45min wait for computer systems. Not able to check in . Also had issues with Wyndham app giving my verification but hotel couldnt se reservation. Made a second reservation standing there and went for supper. Come back 1 hr later and systems still down
.had to give up it was late
Now customer service on the phone is stuggling trying to handle cancelation.
I will escalate this to higher authority.
And will no long support Wyndham or there hotel chain they represent in western Canada.
This isnt the first event like this. Think i would have learned a year ago in Hinton AB when they couldn't provide guest room key cards.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When my driver's license was written down rather than just for identification I became suspicious. I was told it was company policy to retain both indefinitely, that violates Canadian Privacy Rights. They kept this despite my protests.

Rooms were clean.
Front desk staff were not overly friendly.
A hot breakfast is non existent. Due to covid. HUH??? Every other Super 8 has had a hot breakfast thru out Covid. This is just another the way for the owner to pocket more money. The breakfast you got...banana(fresh), a small muffin, and a juice box. Must have cost all of $1.38. Ridiculous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Easy to find, close to the edge of town. Nice overnight stop. Negative: Advertised online that there would be breakfast included - but this was not the case. I understand Covid restrictions, but should have been noted online so customers are aware and can prepare accordingly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff was great when I had to book last minute very helpful and kind. Room was clean and very comfortable. Pool wasn’t open due to Covid but that was already stated on the website description. Despite being directly on the main highway we didn’t hear a sound from our room. Very accessible for travellers just passing through.
