★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wasn't impressed with the salesman who talked with us. There must have been a medical reason he never even bothered to get up from his chair. Was flippant, rude, and condescending. The only positive thing we walked away with is that we positively won't be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I were so excited to find this RV store because we didn't know it existed. However, we were so disappointed with the service. The female clerk at the back was in a tizzy and acted like we were bothering her, and when we asked the man at the back to check for an item that we wanted to order he ignored us and walked away. How disappointing! We definitely won't be shopping there any time soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm very disappointed in the service here! They are happy to give you attention until you have your RV sale done but have no follow through on supporting it with service. They will tell you two weeks for a service call and then 9 months later it might get fixed, if you even get a response at all. I have to ask multiple times to get stuff done. They obviously don't need my business. I've had something broken since getting the unit and more than a year later, still not fixed so I'll need to pay someone else to fix what should have been fixed under warranty. I get that everyone is busy and short staffed right now but so am I and I don't have time to chase people to give them business.
