★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just received a call from my mother complaining about the terrible phone service she received today. My suggestion to her was call the other sleep clinics in the area for assistance. People need to realize that Vital Air is an independent company and it is not necessary for people to continue receiving bad service when there are other places to go. Eventually, VitalAire will no longer monopolize the market. Support local during these times, your community will appreciate it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contacting VitalAire is a most frustrating experience. Any call takes at least 10 minutes and involves talking with multiple people. When orders are placed they never call you when the parts have arrived. Talking to the local office directly is never possible. Never take their advise to have thing sent to them rather than you. It adds weeks

I can say I am very glad I did because the staff was very welcoming and had no problem resolving my issue immediately. I want to commend the front and back staff for their help today!
