★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very helpful! Store pickup is a great option if something is out of stock, and they'll help you order it from the kiosk or till. Decent selection in store, and knowledgeable staff that can help suggest books. Kathy and Elsa were able to fix an account issue I was having with the rewards program, which was an added bonus!
