About Interior Health Medical Lab

If your going to run a medical center you should have a secretary so phone calls are actually answered and call back are actually made. Someone shouldn't have to wait 6+ hrs to have VERY important questions answered.... Just because I'm not in there at the minute dosnt mean I'm not a patient...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to relieve yourself in a cup or have some blood taken. Friendly staff, Covid protocols are followed to the letter. Make an appointment or you'll be waiting a while. I made an appt. and waited maybe 6 min.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their unprofessionalism is appalling. Website says they're open until 5pm. I attempted to drop off my daughter's stool sample at 4pm where I was greeted by a locked door and an angry employee. Who cursed me out and glared at me through the door. She yelled at me that they were closed. The way she spoke to me was completely unnecessary. I'm disappointed to say this is only one of the unpleasant encounters I've had here. Do better!
