★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are taking the covid protocol very seriously. 5 stars for that. No entering the building. Unclear instructions in the lobby and if you call for clarity they will bark at you with a gruff tone bcs you should know how to navigate their bizarre lack of system and structure. I was there with 2 other ppl, confused by unclear instruction.
Processed test result quickly and although they wanted me to leave my credit card info on a form in an unmonitored entry, the person that called for my info instead was polite and results were emailed to me in very fast turnaround. Will continue to use now that I have their system figured out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seems disorganized with virtually no signage. Needed a bottle for lab testing and had to bug one of the lab techs because the bin with the bottles was hidden in the lobby behind a stack of packages.
Oh, and when I came back with my water test, I was charged $100, when their website said it was $60. The tech said "Oh, it went up earlier in the week." Leaving aside the price change, $100 is an outrageous price for a basic test.

$250 for a water test analysis to see what kind of minerals your water have.. it's a lot of money from my perspective. Maybe I've no idea about there costs or margins but still it is expensive.
