Larger of the two HD outfits in the province. Parts, service and sales of current and pre-owned bikes. Different than bike shops in the past. Plenty of HD-lifestyle merch - maybe I'm just used to more old school shops. Still - you should check it out.

Well - where do we start? We have never been to dealership where there was literally ZERO SERVICE. Two of us were in the dealership in February. We had done some prior research and new EXACTLY what we wanted. Looked at the bikes on the floor for about half an hour, patiently waiting for a salesperson. Not a single person approached us. Guys (salesmen?) at their desk didn't even make eye contact or acknowledge us. We proceeded to the clothing section. Same thing. Staff behind the counter, talking among themselves - it was as if we were invisible. Questioned them about a particular jacket - asked if they had a specific size. Reply was : "no - all we have is what is there" No one came out from behind the counter or even offered to order the size we needed. So - we decided to take our business elsewhere, where we were treated with ROYALTY! A Harley Dealership that acknowledges customers within 15 seconds of them entering the store! NOW THAT'S SERVICE!! Salesman, Eric went above and beyond what we expected! He worked closely with the parts and service department (as we wanted upgrades), as well as with MJ, the business manager, who had financing in place within hours, and the Clothing and Accessory ladies suited us both up in no time! We are now the proud owners of NOT ONE, BUT TWO Harleys! A 2022 Road Glide with Stage 4 upgrades, and a trunk for travelling. (A well spent $65,000) A 2022 CVO Tri Glide with upgrades, AND a custom paint job (red flames was not my color). (Another great investment of $90,000) On top of that, we were both FULLY outfitted with new helmets, visors, a few (2-3) jackets each, vests, chaps, couple pairs of gloves each, boots, raingear, t shirts.... the the list goes on.... (A fun shopping day, dropping another $6000 at the dealership) We highly recommend if you are in the market for a new Harley, go see the Team at Mountainview Harley Davidson in Chilliwack!

Great products and amazing staff. If you find something you like, but they don't have it in your size, be sure to ask, they're always willing to order the products that you're looking for.

Always had good experience. Sales, parts, service and all the rest of the staff are super nice and friendly. Staff will help you get what you want. Highly recommend this dealership.

Loved it for my first time there, given I had the money I'd have probably walked out with an entire ensemble of things from clothes, jewelry and the obvious motorcycle! It's spacious, well lit and filled with a variety of things one may find themselves purchasing just cause, I mean it's Harley! Lol

Dyno Don running the shop and Ali on the counter is an awesome combination they are killing it.... complete custom build can't as for a better bike than a HD

I'm not sure where to start with this review. I echo what some of the folks said about poor customer service here. Employees chatting aimlessly amongst themselves. Not one of the 4 employees I saw on the floor could even say "hi". This is my first time in your shop, and out of the 9 shops I've been to in and around Winnipeg, this is only the second time I've been met with the attitude of "we could care less for your business". They have a bike in their shop on my radar, but it wouldn't be right to honour poor treatment with my business. Nice big shop, looked like fairly good stock and a wide array of items. Parking is ample and free. Location is okay. Not too bad to get to. It is the furthest East you could go within the city but we found it alright. Store front is clear. They are taking info for contact tracing as you enter (there's a clip board on a table when you walk in), there's a clean and dirty pen basket and hand sanitizer available.
