★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff at this location are not well trained or motivated to deliver customer service,. It's not their fault, it's absentee owners and poor management. The manager here had been incredibly condescending and rude to me on more than one occasion. She is unhelpful, unkind, and just generally unpleasant. Because they are the only gig in town, rather than offer a superb customer experience, they have sunk into apathy and mediocrity. Order your stuff online, that's what we do.
