He was patient and knowledgeable, answering my husband’s questions about other products in the store that we are considering for future purchase there. Jonathan really knows his stuff and does his job with a professional flair that puts customers like myself at ease. I LOVE my new phone! Super happy! Also the sooke store is bright and clean and inviting. Visit there. Buy stuff. I’m serious.
