I went in to try and set up an old phone on a new sim card for my father who's phone died. Cam was personable and so patient answering my questions. He got the phone set up for my dad and I very much appreciate Cam's great customer care.

Zero stars I would go shop anywhere other than here for anything electronic . Staff did not provide proper return policies and the product I purchased broke and they would not take it back. Asked how to get a refund from the manufacturer and the store manager didn’t know. When told him not one of the three employees working ( I was the only customer in there ) did not tell me he said their return policy for that product was on sheet of paper at cashiers desk ( did not see it at all ). I always like shopping local but not when they are not accountable for the products they sell. Best Buy and Walmart are around the corner.

Worst customer service I have seen at a Source location ever. I walked into the store, which had zero customers. 2 guys working alone, one is on his phone leaning on the counter and doesn't even look up at me literally standing in front of hom until his co-worker says his name. He then walks away from the counter...The co-worker greeted me but was so arrogant while serving me, I felt compelled to write this weeks after I was there because it still urks me. They had an item on hold for me, I called ahead, I gave my name so they could get the item. I was so pleased to find it because I'd been looking. While making small talk with the guy he had a comeback for everything I said. Including recommending i go to another store next time because they probably had my hard to find item. Why would I go elsewhere when you have it? I replied, well my phone is old and they stopped making these cases 2 years ago. He replied with no, i have purchased an older model for my mother. Huh? I asked when they will start seeing merchandise for Christmas and he said late November early December. I said, wow thats late. He said No, its the same time every year. I noticed their Nintendo switch in stock at $379 and I said, thats a good price on the switch. He said no, it's the same price everywhere. I will definitely continue shopping the mapleview mall Source going forward and avoid this location.

Unbelievable service!!! Visited the store to upgrade device(s) which involved a transfer of my wife’s device and plan from a corporate plan to our personal account. In their infinite wisdom, the Bell representatives screwed up the process by giving incorrect information to the Source employee on how to accomplish the switch. 6 days later, Callum and Drew were able to get the job done for us. Outstanding, personal service from these 2 gentlemen. They truly care about their customers. Thank you again for the great service!

So went in to get some things and not only did I run into three of the most polite and helpful individuals, but they found everything I was looking for and in a safe manner. It's really great to see excellent safety measures and at the same time, see a group work so well together. Cameron, Steve, and Chloe, my sincere thanks.

Wow! Now that's what I call Customer Service. Chloe and Callum knew their stuff. Personable, friendly and helpful. They got us set up with a new cell phone to replace an old one that was broken. Great work! Certainly a gem of a store in Waterdown!

Having touchscreen problems with my new preowned phone, not sure whether it was due to the what looked to be cheap screen saver applied by another store when purchased or a defective phone. Went to The Source near my workplace. Chloe found the last new screen saver available for my phone on the clearance display and took care in cleaning and applying very the new screen saver very carefully. As a Virgin Mobile customer I have received help there before. Great customer service and very friendly staff!
