★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very happy to refer Dave Brown as a realtor. He helped me find my first home and then upgrade to my second home with my future husband (Dave was the realtor for him too). Dave's knowledge of the industry was exceptional as was his client service.
I will own that I can be picky and I expect high standards and integrity from those I hire and Dave surpassed my expectations. He was patient and easygoing which was a bonus. Next time we move we wiĺl hire him again without question. Just to add that when he was president of the Calgary Real Estate board he was able to refer us to a realtor in Victoria to help us buy a rental place. This realtor was also exceptional which proves that great people refer great people.

I found that the support, knowledge, experience, convenience, freedom, and resources I am looking for to effectively provide paramount service/s to my clients with their real estate needs are best found with this company, owned and headed by Dave Brown along with a combination of dynamic administrative team and a very highly experienced Real Estate Agents in the office. Being there and being part of it feels like being home with family. You can't top that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I specially mention harry sood here. I have every conversion saved. He sold me house on 28 feb. He was representing both seller as well as buyer. And i requesyed him to ask seller to clean the house. But everytime he told that i will talk, i will talk. But never. And he told me that inspection has been done recently. I said ok send me report. And i sent him text 3 times and he never sent me inspection. I have text proof by his number. And he uploaded pics by hiding one room having piller in the midde of basement room. So technically its 1 room basement but he didn't showed that room on realtor.ca. biggest regret choosing him.

I was pre-approved to begin with then she made me jump through hoops, including paying off the remaining 17k on my car loan which I shouldn't have done. After raising the down payment amount for a third time i decided to switch to Scotiabank, I dealt with Michael Grabmuller and he closed the deal in 3 days.
