Judy and Brennan are very easy to work in acquiring a new residence and selling our old place. They are very accommodating when it comes to looking and viewing places. We have used Judy and Brennan a number of times and it has always been with same result, easy communication, thorough knowledge of market and a pleasant atmosphere.

My boyfriend and I just recently bought our first house about 5 months ago with Judy and Brennan’s help. It was a journey for sure with a lot of ups and downs. This was the first purchase for both of us and we had a lot of questions and unsure feelings. I called Judy on a number of occasions venting about how I was feeling and every single time she was nothing but re-assuring and helpful-always telling me that everything would work out and that it would all be fine in the end. I always felt so much better about things after talking to her. Judy was also very patient with us. We originally wanted to move to northwest Calgary to be closer to my family and we looked at a lot of houses in the northwest but we didn’t really love any of them enough to make them our home. After a few weeks we asked Judy to send us houses in the south and she obliged and sent us houses in the south. We still didn’t really find the one we loved for a few more weeks but the thing I really appreciated was that Judy never had a problem taking time out of her busy schedule to take us where we wanted to go. She always put us first and I felt like We were her number one priority even though I know she had other clients that she was doing the same things with. Another great thing about our experience with Judy was when it came time to make an offer and go through financing and all the paperwork we didn’t really know who to use for everything and Judy and Brennan sent us a list of their team who works with them directly so we knew if they worked with the Cunninghams they had to be good. That saved us a lot of time as well searching for lawyers and mortgage brokers. All in all we had a great experience using Cunningham and associates and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a realtor that listens to them and knows the job well.
