I have had my cyst come back so many times after the awful surgery, that most doctors recommended. After speaking with Dr. Morgan he showed me all you need is a few laser treatments & it will be gone forever. Any men dealing with the problem, please go see Dr. Morgan right away. Thanks Med Spa for all your help.

The last time we came, He told us it's in perfect condition, no treatment needed anymore. But just in two week, the Cyst comes back again. it's totally waste of time and money.
A	Apple Eater on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I had an appointment at 6:00 o’clock, i had to wait almost 20 minute to get my appointment which is ok for me, after I got The num cream on my face to start my treatment I should wait 10 min. The lady at the front she asked me if I can wait in the second room because there is another client she has a quick treatment, I didn’t mind at all. From 6:20 until 7:30 I was waiting my turn in the seconds room, I got so mad because I left my kids with the babysitter after hours. At 7:30 the lady at the front called to start my treatment without mentioning anything (like sorry for the delay or anything to relax me) and I paid $$$$$$ of dollar on treatment. I got so mad and I left the spa I really appreciate dr. Tamara and her work because she really did a great job, but as well I need to be treated as a value client as I am paying for the service to be treated well. Sorry Dr. Tamara you are amazing but I would like to be treated in a nice way Dr Morgan I really appreciated your phone call today, you let me feel that I am a value client. Your clinic overall rating is excellent but my complain was for one person only, please accept my apology your call is truly appreciated and see you soon

It was my first time but I was very comfortable and Sally was very kind and informative. She kept me comfortable and made sure to help me to the best of her abilities.

Last time I had an appointment, I left the clinic without seeing him after I waited for an hour and half! I wasted money, time and effort to treat my pilonidal cyst to get no good result but worse. My advice if you are suffering from pilonidal cyst, don't go there and do the surgery right away and save your money and time.

Non apologetic or even acknowledge delay. Helped another client in between our 15 minute appointment. This isnt the first time, thought I would give them another shot. Thumbs down.
