★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The massage therapists were great. I thought there was good value for the service, even though it is covered by insurance. I was called a lot about changing treatment times, which was really the only part I didn’t care for. Also the bathroom garbage was really overflowing with garbage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just want to take a moment to leave a positive & glowing review for Helen. Helen is a Registered Massage Therapist & has been treating me for about 2 years. In 2015 I was hit by a car while crossing the street & landed on my back. Since seeing Helen regularly my back pain has drastically been reduced.
Helen's technique is traditional Chinese medicine informed. She's super multifaceted specializing in Hot Stone Massage and can also put you to sleep with a Swedish Massage. A phenomenal RMT and a fantastic conversationalist!
Thank you Helen for all your wonderful, relaxing & helpful massages. And thank you York Mills Spa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Haven't been to a spa since covid and was a bit nervous about it. But I've been to this spa a few times and always loved the service. They are very nice , very professional and the spa was clean. They followed all protocols and the service was amazing. I went to treat myself for my birthday with my sister. We got a 60 mins massage and facial. Massage was great and my skin was so soft after the facial. I left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. I will definitely be going back .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a 90 minute RMT massage from Mai. It was amazing. The hot stone part of the massage was my personal favorite. So relaxing.
This place is well maintained and has a good vibe. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a quality massage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ive been to York Mills spa & wellness Centre previously and had a wonderful experience. However this recent experience was not good at all. My masseuse appeared to be sick sniffling throughout the massage and at one point even sneezed. As I was paying I heard the employee at the front desk say to the other receptionist that someone (likely my masseuse) was not feeling well and that they needed to cancel the rest of her appointments that day. As I was getting ready to leave and change into my own shoes one of the employees started to spray the spa slippers with disinfectant as i was sitting there, which I had to inhale and in general was just rude to do as I was sitting there. On top of everything the actual massage was not very good. This is unfortunate because I had previously had a good experience. I am writing this review hoping that they’ll consider the safety of there employees and customers. I got a massage to relax and the whole experience gave me anxiety.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would just like to share my first experience here at the York Mills Spa & Wellness Centre. I decided to come here based on the recommendations / reviews from Google actually! The staff were all really friendly and accommodating. They provided disinfected slippers at the front for you to change into when you walked in, and wasn't hard to find. I wanted to give a special shout out to Vivian who did my facial for me! My acne is pretty bad right now and she was really patient, kind and analyzed my skin with me as we went through with the facial and never made me feel rushed.
She even went the extra mile to give me a bit of a mask we used today for me to keep up with at home (because I'm currently a student) which I really appreciated. I felt really relaxed and at ease by the end of my facial.
I fully recommend this spa for their facial services- ESPECIALLY by Vivian! I will definitely be coming back. My only small complaint is that there isn't a lot of parking available. I came at a non-busy time so I got a spot but its a small parking lot so I can see how it might be hard to find a spot during a busier time if you choose to come then.

I’ve been coming to York Mills Spa for 8 years now and I’ve never had a bad experience. It’s always ultra relaxing and clean. The staff are always professional and so very kind. And their prices are very reasonable to make repeated regular visits affordable.
They have an appointment request system on their website which is great for planning for future appointments more than 2 days ahead, otherwise I’d suggest just calling. They’re very responsive and really great at trying to fit you in.
They have great masseuses, wonderful spa packages with massages, manicures and pedicures and facials! Keep in mind though that they only do normal polish, no shellac, but I do still highly recommend their massage and facial packages ?. They have a variety of massages and facials to choose from and are always so very relaxing!!
Even better is they can accommodate couples and small groups and everyone always has a wonderful time.
They’re not just a great place for relaxation either. They offer a bunch of other beauty services like micro blading, waxing, etc and they’re my go to for when I’m injured and need some RMT Massage muscle relief. My friend even comes for acupuncture and cupping and even though she moved to Aurora she still comes to York Mills Spa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been there many times. The massage therapists specially Grace, gigi and Mr. Chi were very professional. I got mix of relaxing and hot stone massage.
Price was reasonable. $95/1hr
The area was clean and quiet, and it has free parking.
Really great experience.
Highly recommended.
