The exercises that she suggested for me have helped me tons and I feel much better. On top of the treatment, she is very friendly and a pleasure to talk to whenever I have an appointment. I would recommend Beth to anybody who is looking for a physiotherapist in any way, shape, or form!

Joanna was able to fit me in at her earliest convenience and after just one session, I was able to regain my range of motion on my knee and I’m beyond thankful. She is kind, compassionate and explained the underlying cause of my problem and provided me with strengthening exercise to do at home. I highly recommend her!

Giving at home easy exercises to do to help strengthen the problem areas. Just all around an amazing Physio. I will never go to anyone else

I found Ryan Leung online. He provided a thorough assessment with very effective treatments. I visited 5 times including the assessment session. My pain is nearly gone. I anticipate that I will be fully recovered with one or two more visits. I am so fortunate to have found Ryan who has been very professional and caring throughout my treatment.
