★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been to many different physiotherapist clinics in the past and this one has by far been my best experience. Customer service is amazing and
more importantly my physiotherapist Omar Rasheed is the best if can get. He handles all his patients with a tremendous amount of care and does a great job at keeping up with your recovery progress. I would not recommend any other therapist if you’re in need of any sort of physiotherapy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I manage to injury both my shoulders and after trying to work through it myself I decided to go to Physiotherapy. I have used Athlete's Care before and they are great. My physiotherapist this time was Eldon Thieu. I can flat out say he is the best physiotherapist I have ever had. I looked forward to my treatment days because not only did he help me get better but he is such a great guy. While I hope you don't need a physiotherapist, if you do go to Athlete's Care and ask for Eldon. You won't be disappointed.

I saw a physiotherapist Omar. He took his time to examine me and worked on my back for an hour, excellent! I left Center feeling super! Place is very well maintained and all personal is amazing! I will be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I started going to the York Mills location back in September for my hip. I had originally started going to a different physio practice 6 weeks before and my issue got worse. I decided to give Athlete's Care a try, as I had been suffering from hip pain for over a year. I booked an appointment with Omar and I am so glad I did. He really listened to my issue and did in depth tests to find the root of my pain. He also always made me feel like I could tell him if something wasn't working and he then would come up with a new way to treat me. Coming in to see Omar was honestly such a pleasure. Not only was he so knowledgeable, he also made me feel super comfortable and reassured me that we would fix my pain. Omar always remembered what we had talked about the week before, and was genuinely interested in my life, which is super refreshing! It was so clear that that Omar loves his job and really wants to help his patients. I would recommend Omar to anyone who needs a physio. After many months of work with Omar, I have finally graduated, but I know if I ever need a physio, he is the guy to go to. I would also mention that the front desk staff are lovely, friendly & helpful! During Covid, it's hard to be an essential worker, but everyone makes you feel so comfortable and safe there.

Therapy plan geared towards specific injuries related to various sports and step by step recovery goals. Several members of my family have been seeing Omar for physiotherapy with great improvement and excellent results. Massage therapy with Helen was an essential part of my effective recovery and pain relief. Free parking and online booking system that is easy to navigate. I am very pleased with my experience. Their high level of service exceeds my expectations!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely fantastic experience dealing with a neck/back injury with Hilary! She is very knowledgeable and clearly explained what was going on with my body and gave me excellent stretches to do at home after her treatment so my recovery could continue between visits. After two sessions I now feel comfortable and confident going back to my physically demanding job without worry of a set back or further injury. On top of that the location is clean with very friendly staff. Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The office staff is very friendly and welcoming. My physiotherapist - Clement is amazing to work with. He has extensive knowledge of my injury and created a great plan of action for my recovery. His bedside manner is wonderful as well. He not only diagnoses, but he teaches me as we go through my rehab journey - he is always positive and optimistic. His philosophy of recovery and athleticism coincide with mine. I highly recommend him.
