I recently reached out to The Lisa Fayle Team - to obtain some information about the prospect of selling my home. I was put in touch with team member - Zach Butcher. Zach was very personable and easy to talk to... He explained all the things that the Lisa Fayle team does (marketing / arranging for staging etc) - to make the process go as smoothly as possible. He also listened intently to understand what I wanted out of this process :) After thinking about it for a week - I opt'd to sell. Zach got the ball rolling and in a blink of an eye (just over 2 weeks) - my place was put on the market and it has now sold. Zach is very professional and so down to earth - he made the whole process seem flawless. He was very attentive and responded quickly to all my questions. I would recommend Lisa and her Team for EVERY house I hypothetically had! But with the one I did have her sell, I can tell you that she had gone above and beyond! From the moment we met for her to get a sense of the type of home she was getting into right up until the day it sold; she was such a HUGE help! Lisa had first come by Late October(2021) to go over what she thought would help sell the house faster, and her advise was mainly paint, clean and get your stuff out so she could make it 1000x better! She recommended a fantastic painter, who for a fair price painted practically the entire interior, fixed walls, moldings etc. She knew I was moving my mother out of there and to a different Province! And with knowing that she was incredibly patient, offered great services and numbers to call to try to help ease my organization, and clutter removal! I wasn't able to truly commit to selling the house until the last week of November once I could get my Mother out. But come that weekend I was able to get the Painter in to do his job, cleared everything out, and then the house was completely in Lisa's hands! She had Terry, her wonderful Stager in that weekend, they did their magic, took some incredible photos, and in less than one (1) WEEK She had found a couple to buy my home growing up, and to let them begin their new life being a first time homeowner! Without going into monetary details, she got everything I was looking for and pulled off a miracle of a quick closing date, being the end of THIS month! (December 2021) So Thank you so incredibly much Lisa Fayle, and everyone on your Team! You have made selling this house a much more pleasant experience!
