He’s insanely professional but still keeps it friendly and casual enough to make you feel very comfortable, which when doing such a big thing like buying a home that’s nice to have. When actually looking at places he was so honest with his opinions, he didn’t sugar coated anything and let us know exactly what he thought and why, he didn’t just tell us what we wanted to hear to make things happen. Then during the buying process he was there every step of the way to explain in detail everything and didn’t mind getting asked a million questions or getting asked the same one over again, he would even call every so often just to check in, see what’s up and how things were going, I always appreciated those calls.
