When I moved from Calgary. I was working with a realtor and she tried to scam me. She would push me for some properties that I would not want to put an offer in. And one time the moment we were ready to put an offer for the property, she called the agent representing the sellers. And she claimed that there is another offer; just to increase the offer price by us. My suspicion was confirmed later on. I lost the inspection money on two properties while working with this previous realtor.
Then, I started looking for another realtor in Edmonton area, as I had completely lost trust in my Realtor.
Ritu Bagga came highly recommended by my father through his contacts. Working with Ritu was such a pleasure. As Ritu is honest, transparent and also got me a good deal on a new townhome. She represented us well and made the offer as per our liking. We got a finished basement done by the realtor. Thank God I entered a condition that they later had to rectify, as it was already in the original offer signed by the developer.
Please do yourself a favour and work with her, for the most expensive purchase of your life.

Since day 1 she has been very patient and enthusiastic in helping us to find our perfect home. We started looking for houses in September 2020 and having tight schedule at work, she adjusted the showings as per my convenience. She made our home search journey very smooth and thrilling. She understood our home preferences and perfectly chose the selected houses for our viewing. With Ritu Bagga, it was an easy home search ride from the very beginning and finally it turned out to be fruitful too. It is amazing how well she knows about everything related to real estate and more, she was able to analyze the current market to come up with the perfect figures for sell price and offer price for the old and the new property, she has expertise in determining your family's requirements to name a few. She was able to shortlist the properties those were perfect fit for our requirements and budget, on top of that she gives you comparison of locations and certain advantages/disadvantages of each one that we could easily have overlooked.
She is the only relator I would recommend to my family and friends. She deserves more than five stars...
