He was very knowledgeable and answered every question I had. He actually did most of the work for me. I gave him a basic idea of what I was after in terms of features of the house and budget in mind. He came back with a few listings that hit exactly what I was after. The first house he showed me actually turned out to be the house I purchased recently.
